Last Thursday I had the privilege of taking pictures of my wonderful friend Allison. Allison is due on Saturday so we got this little photo shoot in just in time. I know that I am not the best but we had fun! Now that the pictures are done, baby Susan can come anytime :)

That is almost 2 pounds in 28 days.

Camping 2009

We had a blast camping! The Lord blessed us with amazing weather! Not too hot and no rain all week! For now, I will let the pictures do the talking! ENJOY!!!!!

A blessing

Wednesday, the gang and I went over the mountain to Harrisonburg. I needed to go before the weekend and it was the only day that would work, but I wasn't looking forward to it. Gabriel was still working, and I wasn't feeling the greatest. I didn't have anyone to go over with me, so I set out to tackle shopping with all 4 kids... ALONE!! Deep breath and a quick prayer and off I go. I was in the parking lot of the grocery store, and found out that Selah had exploded! While I was getting her all nice and clean, Zion started talking to a lady that was getting in her van. If you know Zion, you know he can talk! He was telling her everyone's name, ages, likes, dislikes, family history, well not that far, but you get the idea. The poor lady, she was such a good sport. As she was backing out, she said goodbyes to all, then stopped and pull back into her parking spot. She looked at me and said, " I have a question for you and I don't know if I should ask, or how to ask, and I don't want to offend you." My first thought was, "UH OH, what is coming"? She then said,"I came to town to stop at the thrift store, and they were closed. I have a box of pants and shorts that are size 7, would you like to have them?" My mouth dropped! I had just been thinking about Zion and the fact that his clothes were getting too short, and how he doesn't have a person to get hand me downs. I GLADLY accepted! I still it amazed! God is so good, and he always provides! Brings tears of joy to my eyes!

I am a slacker, my desire is to really keep the blog up to date, but life is just that, life, and I am living it :)
I do have more pics from VBS to share and I will do so another time:) The kids had a blast. The quote of the week, given by a 4 year old. (no not Isaiah) When asked what happened to Haman in the story of Queen Esther, this little boy answered, "He got hanged by his own hanger!" So there ya have it.

On Sat, June, 13. We went to see Craig Morgan in concert. Not only that but it was FREE! You can't get much better than that! Even though it was muddy and soggy, we had a blast. A dear friend from PA got to come and enjoy this with us,even though she didn't know any songs that Craig Morgan sang :( ( I think we can forgive her for this)
